1. Product introduction

1)This machine can polish the periphery of the wafer parts which can be clamped multiple pieces at one time.

2)The polished product is fixed by the fixture, and the servo reduction motor drives the product and fixture to rotate at uniform or variable speed.

3)The left and right polishing wheel are driven by the servo motor through the roller screw, the polishing wheel move with the polishing products, polishing compression is stable, high polishing efficiency.

4)The left and right polishing wheel is driven by the deceleration motor with the CAM,the polishing wheel moves up and down with the polished product, so that the polished product is evenly polished, avoiding the polishing lines of the product.

5) The system has product processing piece-counting function.
