1) Feeding & blending. Raw materials are selected times by our workers to make sure the purity of slabs and then are fed into a large blender to mix adequitely.
2) Molding. These mixture are poured in the mold to form a large slab.
3) Pressing. The slab is compacted in a vacuum space with vibration process.
4) Curing. The slab is moved into curing kiln and heated to 90ºC for 45 mins, in order to make slab with good strength and great solidity.
5) Polishing. Slabs are gauged, calibrated and polished to a perfect finish with a wide range of colors and designs.

Our factory is located in Linyi city, Shandong province, China.

2) How many colors could we put in one container at most?
Four different colors are allowed to mix in one container generally and 20 slabs at least for each color.
