The design of the launcher & receiver saddle is according to the combined loading of the tube weight, water filling weight and the maximum weight of the pipeline cleaning pig. The launcher use eccentric bottom flat reducers, while the concentric reducer for the receiver.
We install the anti-collision device on the Quick Opening Closure (patent no. : 03210870.2) of the receivers to avoid the damage of the plate or the pipeline cleaning pig from hitting when cleaning. Inner surface of the launcher & receiver should keep smooth, without any bump to block the passing of the pipeline cleaning pig. Also, the maximum size of bump in the joints must less than 0.3 mm.
1. Design:
We use eccentric low sloper , wheel type ,clamp and locking ring fast-opening blind structure. Inside the launcher, to adjust the pig in reach best position and to resist the pig launcher, prevent fast-opening blind pig when they open the residual stress in the pipe under the action of return, avoid pig launcher in backwardness of pressure not to go out.
